![]() You seemed to have designed it with the standard of airline adapters in mind, problem is that all airline adapter pinouts are not designed to house a microphone. So, do I need an adapter to combine the signal?Īnd if so, if anyone from Razer reads this, I know you sell an adapter for it, I would also suggest a rigid body adapter, as in one that does not have wires flopping about, as in just a small box that acts as an adapter. Now, that shouldn't be a problem is the actual plug on the keyboard is 4 pin, with the mic integrated into the audio jack. I did notice that the keyboard has 3 pin audio connector and 2 pin mic connector, since it has surround sound, it is safe to assume that the audio plug is left speaker, right speaker, and ground, and the mic is mic + ground. So, been loving this new keyboard, main problem is that I have a headset, and I can't for the life of me figure out how the audio jack is supposed to work. Even though the blade lasted 12 hours during a video benchmark, you won’t be able to use it for long if you don’t push its hardware. TL DR: Can someone tell me if a headset mic works with the side headphone jack. A Razer battery lasts for 12 hours and 6 minutes when tested at an office work session, which is about half an hour longer than the Asus battery.
